From the list of dates below, please select the days you want to hike or attend events. Then scroll down the form to select the options for each day. Instructions for Booking Each Day's Activities For each day you have selected, tick the actvities you want. Most days are made up of a hike, a meal at the end of the hike, and transport from a Meeting Point to the Hike Start Point and return to the Meeting Point after the meal. On some days there are tours and other events that will happen during the hike. Please select these if you want to attend.
As part of our sustainability commitment we have made sure that you can get to, and return from, all of the Meeting Points from other parts of the island by bus. On some days you can use the regular KTEL bus. In this case, there is no need to book, just pay on the bus. There is a discounted price on the regular KTEL buses if you show your Festival ID. On other days we have arranged Special Festival buses to get you to the Meeting Point. These must be booked using the selections in the Transport sections of each day on this form.
Although the FESTIVAL HIKES are free you MUST select the hike option if you are hiking as we need to know exact numbers attending. If you wish to come to a meal or a tour but DON’T want to hike, that is fine, but please then DESELECT the Hike Option for the day you will attend.
The same applies to Transport to and from the hikes. If you DON’T require TRANSPORT then please DESELECT the TRANSPORT option and in the Transport Section, select "I don't need transport".
